After confirming revisions and approved artwork, our expert team members will provide you quotes for your custom designs. Please note that the quotes may take up to 3 business days to confirm.
Quotes are based on your total quantity, styles, and designs. Our MOQ is 300 pcs. (Basic Knitwear) 500 pcs (Woven/Outerwear) per Design/Color/Style.
Samples are handled on a per case basis. Based on your product requirements including fabrics, trims, artwork, hardware and overall styling will dictate how samples can be proceeded. Samples require the same care and attention as bulk production, which is why we handle our samples with all hands on deck.
We strive to provide our clients with the best resources to receiving their product in the fastest way possible. We’ll have your masterpieces packed & shipped directly to your warehouse via Air Freight, Courier or Sea Cargo. All shipments arrive at your door or warehouse with Customs and Duties paid so you can rest easy with NO hidden fees. For North American brands, we also offer drop shipping services via Dr.Ship (Our Sister Company and e-Commerce Warehouse: www.drship.ca)
Our minimum for custom orders starts at 300 units per style using basic knit fabrics and colors. If you are looking for a specialized fabric, minimums may increase as per raw material sourcing and dye lot minimums
Based on the time of order confirmation, deposit, and pre-production sample approval, our production time for custom orders is typically between 9-12 weeks.
We do offer Domestic Production in Canada and US. However, our offshore manufacturing capabilities have allowed us to control multiple areas of the process from fabric, cut and sew and finishing to apparel decoration and packaging which provides our clients a greater streamlined start-to -finish experience.
We specialize in Cut & Sew Knits including Cotton, Polyester, Cotton/Elastane Blends, Cotton/Polyester Blends, Organic Cotton, and so on. We also have woven capabilities that allow us to produce Denim, Shirts, Jackets, Nursing Scrubs and more- these items require higher minimums, please consult with us first.
We do not work with outside fabrics or accessories and trims, We believe that using outside fabrics reduces our level of quality or satisfaction to your product.
This is why all of our fabrics are sourced, milled, and produced by us directly as per our customers’ needs.
Yes! We have the capability to custom dye fabrics and all-over patterned prints including Acid Wash, Stone Wash, Enzyme Wash Bio-Wash, and more. However, our minimums increase as per style and preferences.
Yes, we are a full-service OEM/ODM apparel manufacturer and can help embellish your products using screen- printing, embroidery woven labeling, hang tagging, packaging, UPC barcoding, and more.
